Open Lync Control Panel
Double Click on “1-MonitoringServer-3”
Internet explorer open with All the reports.
Go to User Activity Report
Please
select the Date & Time Period for requested User Sip address/Name and click
on view report button
For exporting Monitoring report,
to select appropriate file format and click on export button
